1. Returns

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the incorrect product. We will arrange for a return and ensure you receive the correct item.
Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products and business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only eligible for orders that have been delivered with defects, damage, or inaccuracies. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or after the customer has accepted the delivery.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the amount will be refunded via the same method as your original transaction (Cash on Delivery). Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days after the approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be issued as in cash method, This is due to the inability to process refunds back to the payment method used.
